Intlabs Inc. (“Intlabs,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) recognizes that a person or business (“you,” “your”) may be concerned about our use and disclosure of your personal information. Your privacy is very important to us. The following will inform you of the information that we may collect from you and how it is used.

This Privacy Policy applies to the use of our website as well as all information processed through our services or any service which we deliver to you or your users (the “Services”).

We respect privacy and only share personal information when required to provide our services to our customers (e.g. payment processing). Other than as provided in this Policy, we do not sell personal information. We may, however, aggregate your user information that you provide to us or that we collect from third parties and use it to learn and share what we have learned about analytics, but all information will be de-identified.

If you send us feedback, request support, or otherwise interact with us with respect to a Service, we will collect personal information in the email, message, or other communication to us. Moreover, we may combine personal information submitted by a user of our Service with information obtained from other sources.

We also may collect non-personal information about your computer or mobile device, such as your IP address, device information, Internet browser used, and which of our web pages you

have accessed. To the extent that this information can be considered to be personal information, it is used solely for the purposes of administering our website and is not disclosed for any other purpose except as described in this website.

For some Services, we may collect information on a user of a website for which the website operator wishes to obtain analysis of the usage patterns of the users of that website (a “Data Subject”). Some of our Services analyze the usage patterns of these Data Subjects to identify behaviours, to build profiles, and more generally to better understand the needs and interests of the Data Subjects.

Intlabs does not access information collected by a Customer except where customer consent is explicitly given to provide support services. Intlabs does not use Data Subject information for its own purposes, other than in aggregated form, combined with other Data Subject information to create internal statistics for financial reporting and billing.
